Processing Schedule

  • Order cut off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
  • Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment authorization.
  • Fulfillment work is handled Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
  • Pet bowl orders may be checked for correct bowl count, color, capacity, insert, mat, stand, and package contents before dispatch.

Delivery Area and Estimate

  • Standard shipping is available for eligible delivery addresses in the United States.
  • Estimated transit time is 7-13 business days after carrier pickup.
  • Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-16 business days, including processing and transit.
  • Delivery timing may change because of weather, address checks, holiday volume, carrier routing, or other events outside our direct control.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is provided at 0 USD for eligible orders. Any available shipping method and cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

Tracking may be sent after carrier acceptance. Customers should enter a complete street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, and reachable phone number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay delivery.

Split Parcels and Package Issues

Orders containing several bowls, ceramic pieces, mats, or stands may ship in more than one parcel. If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, contact support@lmnzk.shop with the order number and photos of the package when available.
