This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Lmnzk, operated by ALMONTE TOWING & TRANSPORT LLC. It covers pet bowls, cat bowls, dog bowls, slow feeders, silicone mats, stainless inserts, and raised feeding bowls sold through this store.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from delivery.
  • Product condition accepted for return: new only.
  • Exchanges are accepted when the requested replacement item is available.
  • Return method: by mail.

Pet Feeding Product Eligibility

Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus every included bowl, mat, stand, insert, or base piece. Items with food residue, water marks, pet hair, bite marks, scratches from feeding use, missing pieces, or signs of washing after use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a bowl arrives cracked, dented, missing a component, incorrect in color, or different from the order, contact support@lmnzk.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, label, and visible issue.

How To Start a Return

  1. Email support@lmnzk.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
  2. Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
  3. Pack all bowl pieces securely so ceramic rims, stainless inserts, silicone mats, stands, and clips are protected in transit.
  4. Mail eligible returns to: 205 NW 79TH DRIVE, GAINESVILLE, FL, 32697.

Labels, Fees, and Refund Timing

  • Return label: included in the package, free.
  • Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
  • Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Cancellation requests can be reviewed before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery. Exchanges depend on available bowl type, size, color, capacity, or set format.
